If the owner or manager of a vehicle that has obtained a license to operate transport service sells his vehicle to someone else or transfers its name from another business, the new owner or manager of the vehicle will operate the transport service that was used by the owner or manager of the previous vehicle. In order to transfer the name of the permit to your name, if you attach the document as per sub-rule (1) of rule 45 and submit an application to the department in the format as per schedule-54, the department will transfer the name of such permit.
